Michael Halkusis is a very fun, knowledgeable and critical actor when it comes to the Dramatic Arts.  I met him when I was in grade 8 as my regular English teacher, he grew much more that just a teacher to me. He became a mentor, a friend that was someone who taught me and helped me become a better actor. I still receive advice and knowledgeable information to this day from him on how to get into the  acting industry and how to get through it. He really was someone that I could connect with and build a strong bond with throughout my 8th grade. I still visit him every year and hope to continue to receive guidance on how to expand my skills. It is a really fun and exciting time when he gets to come and see the performances I am in and show him how much I improve every year.
